Account & Registration Obligations
All customers will have to register and login to place orders on the marketplace. You will also have to keep your account details updated and correct for communications related to your purchases. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the customer agrees to receive promotional communication emails and messages upon registration. The customer can opt-out either by unsubscribing to the mailing list or by contacting the customer service.
As a part of the registration process, Fruitizm may collect the following personal information about you, including but not limited to Name, email address, age, address mobile number, demographic profile (like your age, gender, occupation, education, address, etc.), as well as information about the pages on the site you visit, the links you click, the number of times you access a particular page, and any such other information.
All the products listed on the marketplace are sold at the respective MRP unless otherwise specified. Fruitizm aims to ensure that the prices mentioned are correct at all times. However, at certain times, the prices may be inaccurate due to technical errors, typographic errors, etc. Although the prices of most of our products do not fluctuate on a daily basis, some of the fresh food prices may change on a daily basis. The price mentioned at the time of purchasing a product shall be the price charged at the time of delivery.
As a customer, you have the option to change your order up to at least 12 hrs before the dispatch time. You can contact our customer service to help modify your order.
Cancellation & Refund
In case you wish to cancel an order, you as a customer can contact the customer service at any point of time before the order enters the
shipped state. Once the order has been dispatched, the cancellation will not be possible and the subsequent refund will not be provided. Once you have canceled your order before dispatch, you will receive a refund to your mode of payment within 5 working days. In case we suspect any fraudulent transaction by the customer or a transaction that defies the terms & conditions of using our website, Fruitizm at our sole discretion can cancel the orders. We will maintain a negative list of all the fraudulent transactions and the customers and would deny them access to place any orders or cancel any orders already placed by them.
